Have you ever had a huge misunderstanding with your bff's? I bet everyone has! Things like this normally happen especially when the friendship is growing deeper. In fact, I just came across the longest silent war in my friendship history.
I won't tell you the reason why we fight but I was the middleman and it came to a point when I got tired of hearing the blames and reading the facebook hate posts. Thinking it would be better to stay away while the heat is up, I kept out of touch. No visit. No chat. No text message.
We never broke up. We just made a space. And it took us six months to finally realize that we couldn't afford to lose one another, so we started communicating with casual "How are you?" and "I miss you." Then finally see each other so happy like we never had a fight.
Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to keep your mouth shut, give the other parties enough time to think and space to breathe. Forget about who's right or wrong. In the end, real friends embrace your flaws and will always love you for what you are. That's what friends are for!
How about you? How do you solve your friendship problems? I wanna know.
